SHIPPING: The fees associated with shipping are directly from USPS and UPS, select preferred option at checkout. We pack and ship orders Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Buyer receives tracking email once order leaves Cheerwine. At this time, we do not ship orders outside of the USA and cannot ship drink orders to APO/FPO addresses. Check that your order, email and shipping address are correct prior to completing your purchase. If the package is undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address, we will cancel your order and refund you the cost of goods however you will be responsible for paying the original shipping charge. Cheerwine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES: We are unable to cancel an order once it is placed. We are confident you will be happy with your Cheerwine purchase. At this time, we do not accept return or exchange of drinks or merchandise. In the rare case of an issue with your order, please contact us.
